Good for a One Night Stay

We stayed here for 2 single nights recently. Both times we took the airport shuttle to the hotel which is about 10 minutes from the airport. The shuttle was very easy to find. Reception was very helpful on check in and on the 2nd visit we could get into our room at 10.30 am which we were very grateful. The quiet rooms are a good size with good beds and good size bathrooms. We took the metro into the city Centre and the metro is 5 minutes walk opposite a very large shopping mall. We paid for the lounge area with was very good. The buffet breakfast in the lounge was great with a friendly waiter serving but we did find that at the evening drinks the food was very basic and not replaced very often and there were dirty dishes on the tables that took 2 hours to have them cleared away. One of the best things about the stay was the herbal sleep spray that is supplied.

    Hotel Close to Airport

We stayed for 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to Field's shopping center and metro station, less than 10 minutes from city center, and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and one nice lady even helped us plan our daily adventures. The lounge access was really nice since we were able to eat a nice breakfast every morning. We got the Copenhagen card for two days and used it to get into all the palaces and museums, as well as all the public transportation. It also included entrance to Tivoli Gardens, but not the rides. Worth it if you plan on visiting all the major attractions and using public transport, which was ready and very convenient. The lobby is huge with trees and lots of seating areas. Overall a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

    They Make It Special!

We booked this weekend away to celebrate my husband's birthday and we also really wanted to visit Copenhagen. We were so pleased that we stayed here because we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and we were welcomed warmly by Emma on our arrival after getting the shuttle bus from the airport, which took about 10 minutes. The room itself was amazing, very warm and comfortable and with a great picture window looking out for miles. We were on the 19th floor so the panoramic view was great. It did include a construction site too but that didn't detract from the views, which also included the Royal Arena, which was busy over the weekend we were there. We absolutely loved the under-floor heating in the bathroom too. The only downside in there was the shower door was very short and we had trouble with keeping water in the bath. The bed was so comfortable too, which is just what you need after a day of walking around Copenhagen. We ate in The Bark restaurant on my husband's actual birthday and had a drink in the bar and can highly recommend both and we also had our breakfast in the coffee shop as we wanted something light in the morning although the buffet area did look good too. The Hotel is also situated very close to the Fields shopping center which also houses a Supermarket and was a great place to look around. Across the road from Fields and very near the Hotel is the metro and the train station, both very easy to navigate and we used the metro often over our long weekend. Overall we had a fabulous time and couldn't have picked a better Hotel. My husband had a great birthday, we had a fun time exploring some of Copenhagen and were able to relax and enjoy some down time in the Hotel. We would both highly recommend the Copenhagen Towers and would most certainly stay here again.
