I enjoyed the room and the service however was disappointed that I had to pay extra for a carpark.

Was a perfect weekend stay with the other half. Great views from the room and perfect location with access to all Melbourne has to offer.
Service was very good the major problem is the room needs to be refreshed a little. The carpet was starting to become threadbare stain on the couch and the hand basin was outside the bathroom strange design. Some little things were also astray a 2-3 seater couch with one cushion one chair for a deluxe studio the bed was too soft for my liking but I did sleep all right. The pillow as it seems to be in so many hotels was flat and uncomfortable. Not up to a five star standard
for the cost of this hotel you can’t go wrong!
