Terrible service from a male staff member the first day, he did not want to be there. The lady the next morning was very helpful.
Slow service at check-in and lack of customer service was a downer. On-site there is limited car parking in a dark basement behind the hotel. Their car park was full, so we were sent to the neighbouring property and also charged $5 per night to park there. No offer to unload car full of luggage in lobby area first before sending you on your way to park car. No consideration for small children. Looks nice from the outside and in the foyer but unfortunately thats where it stops. Its saving grace is a large park and playgrounds adjacent to the hotel and a Fasta Pasta restaurant near by.
clean rooms, very spacious. great location.
it needs updating. could hear toilets flushing, traffic, the noisy lift. they do not offer a full buffet breakfast we had to walk down the street to get one. no exhaust fan in bathroom
The accommodation was clean and adequate however a tired hotel now. Breakfast although included was less than impressive with stale pastries and luke warm coffee. Our TV did not get reception in the evening upon our return and although reception offered to send someone to fix it at 1am but I declined.
