The resort is small and feels like a motel, but it is directly across the street from Falmouth Heights beach. We were in a one bedroom, with a small living room and kitchen area, and two baths. The living room furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The kitchen area adequate. Remember, in Cape Cod there are no full size kitchens with ovens. We didn't cook and don't recommend doing it here; just two burners and it's too small. We did appreciate the full size refrigerator for storing our drinks and leftovers. There is a microwave. Both bathrooms were comfortable. The bedroom is a wonderful size and very comfortable. The balcony overlooks the parking areas but offers a side view to the ocean. I definitely recommend a second story unit. Falmouth's downtown/shopping district is a short car ride away. The location alone makes this resort extremely desirable.
