Good location, no complimentary coffee or water

we stayed in a palace tower room with two bathrooms, which was spotless and big. the downside was all the additional costs such as coffee, tea and water as they were not complimentary. The mini fridge is for mini bar only as personal use of the fridge incurs a $75 charge per day. The location of the hotel is fabulous and staff were very nice.

    Nice Hotel

The room was clean, the staff is nice, the pool is spectacular. The Forum Shoppes are attached to the hotel so shopping was very convenient. Lots of options for food with restaurants and food court. Easy access to the strip. For me, the property is just too big and I didn't like the fact that no one is stationed at the elevators to the guest rooms to check if you have a room card so anyone can get up to the guest rooms.

    Perfect Experience!

It was our first time in Vegas so we weren't too sure about what to expect. We parked at Treasure Island but ended up finding our way to Caesars Palace. Caesars immediately grabbed our attention due to their decor. We both love the Roman theme. We entered through the forum where we were greeted by an employee offering us a Wyndham package but after explaining we already had that and we had recently taken advantage of their complimentary packaging a few weeks earlier he instead took the time to tell us about Caesars and give us directions for what we were most interested in. I was able to get in line to sign up for a Total Rewards card and I was pleased to learn they offered military a different card with a few added perks. The servers were exceptionally friendly and the dealers were chatty and helpful. I was also surprised to see that Caesars had pamphlets everywhere advertising gambling addiction signs and hotlines. The dealers would also talk about this as well. It was a great time and even though we branched out to other Casinos we always came back to the Palace.
