We were greeted by a lady, Ester was on her lapel, she seemed to be everywhere and capable of caring for everybody and everything. She was friendly and so very helpful, mind you all the staff were super in their attention to their duties. We were attending a big wedding and I must add that the food we were served was perfect. The Castle is so beautiful and the gardens and grounds so lovely to enjoy even on a rainy day. We had to drag ourselves out of there but we will be back.
