For the Nightly Rate... Disappointing, to say the least

For the Nightly Rate for this room ($300 per night), it was NOT worth it. You'd expect something to be exceptional, or even CLEAN, but, it failed on both ends. This Room had a kitchen, which was lacking most, if not all basic items which a kitchen would be stocked with. Overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. Trash was in the corners, under the bed, and still in the trash cans! Most of the lights were burnt out, if not lacking. The entire room was in desperate need of redecorating. I really could not tell you what the actual theme of the room was if there was any. The bathroom, yet spacious, was a huge waste of space! So much could have been done with the bathroom to make it 'inviting' - where the commode was, the fan was missing - they left the space where it was exposed with a wire hanging from it. FILTHY would be polite. Basic toiletries that you would find were also not there. Granted, we did enjoy the stay, the room was NOT worth the price. Perhaps if it was cleaner, well stocked (basic needs) and something is done with the bathroom where it WAS functional, then YES, $300 a night would be worth it. Would we return, yes. But NOT in that room!

    Very friendly environment.

Great location and spacious rooms. The rooms are pretty clean and the cleaning staff is outstanding. The front desk staff is OK as well but sometimes they get bogged down with phone calls, check-ins, visitor check-ins and the service level declines a little. Really friendly environment and great experience overall.
