Room was good. Hotel very close to Haram and very convenient. Breakfast good. Did not like the toilet pan very close to shower door and having to squeeze past between both to avoid clothes or body touching toilet pan. Reception staff indifferent to any request. Arrived at 3:30pm and room not ready till 6pm to check in - no apology for the delay unlike had similar situation when check in was delayed by half hour at a hotel in USA and compensated with complimentary dinner.
