Convenient for my trip, good continental breakfast. Door to room allowed light and too much noise to enter. Also very dry in room.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early April 2009 and it was everything that we expected. The room was what we'd picked, it was clean, quiet, and everything worked as it should. The major plus I noted, being a light sleeper, was that there was no loud heating/AC unit in the room to keep you awake. The heat was operated with a thermostat on the wall and was virtually silent. The advertisements are correct, there is no train noise, and its located in an area with restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores in very close proximity. We had no problems getting around or finding what we needed. Plus, it's a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon without paying the Grand Canyon prices. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

we got in late but the staff held our reservation. the hotel was very easy to find and was very quite.

It was clean, had a non smoking room and very comfortable beds/sheets. No elevator! Very hard to lug suitcases up to second floor.

This hotel was very clean and nicely located. The thing that made it stand out was the front desk employees. They were very friendly and helpful. I had been given directions to a friends house and wanted to make sure i got on the right road. The young lady looked at my directions and gave me a more simple way to get there.

Good place to stay. Great location. Comfortable night sleep. Several dining options close by. Breakfast wasn't really great though.

Location off interstate and no train noise. Tight on parking.

The room we stayed was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast (Muffins, milk, cereal, apples, bananas, toast, bagels, yogurt) was so-so. It will be better if they have something hot such as scramble eggs or waffles.

Upon arrival I asked for a first floor room because I had recent surgery and I was unable to carry my luggage to the second floor. There are no elevators. The clerk told me they had a first floor room but I had to pay 10 extra for the room. I paid the amount and later attempted to get a refund of the 10 through Travelocity. Quality Inn refused to refund the 10.00. Also, the clerk requested a 10 cash deposit to allow me to a make local call from the room. I refused and could not use my phone. Recommend travelers use another motel chain in Flagstaff.

Stayed only one night on a quick road trip with my mom to visit some AZ relatives. The room was clean and comfortable and we are traveling again this month and will most likely stay there again. Nothing really stands out in my mind good or bad. We simply had a quiet, comfortable night's sleep which is what we needed.

Internet with printer in lobby - handy for printing flight ticket! No elevator. It was a good hotel for the star, but for the price, they should havean elevator. We hauled a lot of luggage up the stairs. Good basic breakfast, great location near the interstate.

Very clean and comfortable. Confusing to get to. Make sure you pull into the Shell parking lot. If you pass it, you're in the Mormon retreat and training center and you'll have to get back out to the street and make a u-turn somewhere. The breakfast hours are a little late for travelers. Great menu but we didn't eat the breakfast as it is not offered until 7:00.

Location was perfect. Light switch for the bathroom was in a weird place.

Convenient, clean, helpful staff, reasonable price, and modest facilities. Very plain hotel, very modest amenities. This is an acceptable basic motel, very convenient location, very reasonable price, internet and breakfast included.

Free breakfast. Needs updating. Pretty old stuff. It was a good value. Good location and would of been great had we not gotten a room next to a busy road.

The hotel is comfortable and a good value for the money. However, there is a smell of cigarettes in the hallways and somewhat even in the non-smoking rooms. Also, the provided free WIFI access is sketchy, at best. If you're not trying to do lots of business via your computer in your room, this is a good deal. The computer provided in the lobby works great! Staff was super helpful and even provided us with a space heater when we were cold. Room was very clean, maid service was efficient and unobtrusive. Breakfast was adequate. No train noises!!!! Would stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner was either fan or cool, not both. Well located, reasonably comfortable. The Quality on the other end of town was nicer at a lower cost.
