Rooms have had a makeover! ours was very nice with a King bed and a micro/fridge. Wi-Fi worked great!

Location. Condition of hotel. I checked in, all was good went out and had dinner. Went to my event. Came back and found out that front door did not have a good seal on it, nor did the security lock did not lock. If it was much earlier I would have switched rooms. The trains that blew through town kept waking me up as there were may going through at night.

Its an older motel but kept clean, the rooms have the amenties you would need for an overnight stay like micor/fridge. There is a breakfast as well in the lobby. For the price paid I would recommend to stay here.

This place is not the Hilton but fits the needs for a budget motel, Rooms were clean staff was friendly.

Nothing. I would have checked out sooner except it was late & the kids were sleeping. Disgusting, looked like somewhere you rent by the hour. Scared to leave my room or take socks off. Unacceptable. I checked out the very next day and went somewhere else. Locks were broken, door not working properly, phone broken, missing buttons.

The GM at this property is exceptional! He accomodated every need for our basketaball team. The rooms are updated and clean!

Flagstaff was just a stopver for us and the Rodeway was great. We picked it because of the price and overall were very happy with it. Everything in the room worked fine check in check out was a breeze.

This Motel was very convenient to get to. We paid $* for a room with 2 KING beds! The rooms was very roomy and the staff was exceptional!

The desk clerk was not friendly. The parking lot did not have enough parking spaces and we had to park well away from our room. The rooms are small and outdated. The sheet had a hole in it. The heater is very small and it takes a long time to heat the room. No heat in the bath room. No ice machine. The breakfast was very poor only some coffee, juice, apples, and prepackaged pastries. Would not stay here again.

Updated and clean. Not much of a breakfast. Clean, updated room. The mattresses were not of high quality, and the springs could be felt.

We were traveling through Flagstaff and Chose the Rodeway Inn, the rooms were inexpensive and clean. The motel also has a continental breakfast which was a plus.

Nothing. Train tracks in back of hotel. Room only measured about 8x8 with very small bathroom as well. Too old, too small. Too noisy. We could hear people in the next room talking at normal levels. No parking.

The room, although a bit cramped was well-laid out. It was clean and comfortable and within short walking distance of the NAU campus. The soda machine was sold out of all products. In the summertime, this is tragic! The complimentary shampoo in the bathroom had been used before. This quaint hotel on part of the old Route 66 contained just what we needed for our one-night stop while on our road trip. There were many restaurants as well as the NAU campus within walking distance. Lowell Observatory was only about a 5 minute drive away and had evening hours for stargazing. Williams was a 30 minute drive to the West and we caught the Grand Canyon Railway in the morning. All in all, I'd return again for a night or two.

Location. Absolutely no customer service - I was walked in on by the owner! No knock. This hotel is not worth the price at all. The rooms are small, old-fashioned, and the customer service is awful. The breakfast is not even worth a blink of the eye. Only stay here if it is your very very last resort. The owner of the hotel walked into my room without knocking or acknowledging his presence. He didn't even apologize! Be wary of the owner to say the least.

The walls were paper thin, you could here people in the other rooms--the carpet was not clean, the bed was short sheeted --we won't stay there again.
