Staff professional. 1st room -2102 arrived very late. In the morning took a better look -carpet stained in several places chair also. Asked for another a few down near the game room. Bugs between headboard and mattress hole in drywall-musty. smell. However my sister is still awaiting when you call you phone number listed you speak to foreigners who say bad connection and hang up on you. Happened several times.
