The reception was a little frosty as we arrived half hour before check in having driven 6 hours with 3 kids. I had obviously interrupted the lady at reception lunch and she told me to come back without even offering to call cleaning to see if our room was done. But what it lacked at the front office it made up for in the facilities, rooms and location.
