    Relaxing Place

Great location, helpful and kind staff who helped us to get our lost bag from the airline without our even asking them. Lovely breakfast which was included. Rooms were huge with L'Occitane bath products which was amazing. This place had nice people at the front. They were helpful and they provided us with what we needed to visit Belgium. It was conveniently close to the train station and the main center square and it was easy to get to. Overall, the hotel is perfect and just needs to maintain the quality of service they provide.

    Great Room Size

We arrived after a hectic drive in Brussels traffic. When we arrived, we were informed that the car park was 2 blocks away in a private parking station. A little misleading. Luckily we found a parking space in front of the hotel, fed the meter, then loaded our luggage in to the hotel holding room. We then attempted 3 times to find the parking station. I had to go back and ask again where it was as he staff were initially vague on the location. Parking finally achieved, the stress levels dropped. The reception staff are extremely helpful when it comes to information on where to visit and what to do, especially to avoid touristic areas. There's nothing I can really fault on this hotel except for the parking arrangements and lack of clarity. Having been there before, I would definitely stay again.
