    Pretty Amazing Hotel!

We took the Kaaba view. Rooms were great, WiFi was good. Room size was a bit small, but washrooms were super clean. They even had a small sitting area in the shower. Breakfast spread was too good, they had so many options and the huge crowd shows how many guests there were. The breakfast area was so big. Only the dessert options were really not up to the mark as I thought. The location is great, on one side it's the Abraj al Bait entrance leading to Masjid al Haraam and on the other side it's the main road where taxis and other vehicles are all available. Food courts and other shops are really accessible from Swissotel. Next time In shaa Allah, I'm definitely staying here again.

    Good Staff

The assistant manager who helped me to solve the problem of WiFi because the property sells connection cards weird thing for a 5-star gold on my reservation WiFi is free. The valet de chamber a brave guy always smiling and helpful he deserves a lot of good c the picture from below. I did not appreciate the change of acensseur each time to access the reception and the haram, the Breakfast menu is too expensive so I always used the Hilton Hotel's excellent coffee shop.

Well-kept hotel rooms. The breakfast is very extensive and there is something for everyone. There is also a nice children's corner where breakfast is offered in a fun and playful way. The hotel was occupied by my husband. I would like to recommend hiring Urdu-speaking reception staff, since Muslims from former Asian countries who come with a pilgrimage mission and speak Urdu but do not speak English and Arabic among the hotel guests are many. The Urdu language would be an added advantage. In the event of a force majeure situation, it was difficult to solve it promptly (fluency in English did not help). On the day of arrival at the hotel itself was not enough clean (not for 5 stars).
