I booked two, nights, four beds a room, there are two non-bunk beds in the room. When I reach there, eight beds a room, every bed is bunk bed, my bed is upper there. The staff said, they don't have a room with four beds, no single bed, all are bunk bed. Prices are the same, no credit on my order. I checked in after 5 pm, The staff said that they have first come first serve policy, even you request lower bed, they don't keep it for you. He can give me lower bed tomorrow night. But next night, I was still stay upper there. The staff said that you didn't come in the office to check available during the day time. I don't know how early I should be to get first come, first serve. First night, I saw my upper bed was not new bed sheet, looks like someone slept on it, went back office to ask. The staff said they change bed sheet every time. It was very late, 12:30 am, two girls came in, one tried to wake me, she was in my bed, she brought the staff in, then the Staff arranged her somewhere else. The bunk bed, I staid, four sides are iron bar blocked, no opening on any corner. No way, I could get over those bars to get in/out the bed. Good the bed builds heavy iron, I almost flipped over the bed. If you need take routine medicine, there are no table, no chair in the room, just a window pad, only one hanger in the bathroom. Everyone's luggage and cloths all are on the ground. Breakfast open at 8 am. other hostels are open at 6 am. You will have breads, waffles, coffee and tea. Dinner, you can cook in the kitchen with your material. Kitchen is fairly clean. Yes, power outlet for cell charge and wi-fi. You need long cord to have your cell to reach your bed. I'm writing this long, just want to clear up the fact from the website indicated. This is not first time I'm staying the hostel. But the first time hostel in Las Vegas. My friends were stayed in another hostel in Las Vegas the same two days. I can have a compares.
