    Very Relaxing

    I spent the whole day in the Horizon club, eating tea and snacks and hanging around in my room. It is a high floor, and the ears are dull during the elevator climb. I took a trip around here and took a rest here for three days. Location is not good, but there is a department store next to it, and there is massage shop or Izakaya. All of our staff are well trained and friendly and speak English well, unlike anywhere else. The view is puffy, so I like to go out in the room. However, there is no veranda, and the air is very cold due to the nature of the high-rise buildings blocked from the outside. The roof top pool is also small but usable, perfect for viewing the wide Taipei with a naked eye. Qi massage price is high at the level of massage shop in Korea, but it is a good value.

    The service is immaculate. The breakfast is broad and well worth including in your room price. It’s an awesome area, almost an 11 minute walk to the closest tram station. There’s lots to walk to within the neighborhood for drinking and eating. The views from your room and the top floor bar are stunning. The complimentary shuttle bus service made it very easy and hassle-free to get the different places of interest in Taipei. The buffet breakfast is international style so suitable for everyone. The rooftop pool has incredible views of Taipei 101 and the city.

    Excellent Hotel

    The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were the most friendly and helpful I ever encountered. The breakfast each morning was fantastic with excellent variety and freshness. Shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket are right next door. Great location and wonderful staff. Fabulous service from the time you arrive till leaving nothing is too much trouble. if possible stay in one of the Exec rooms and use that lounge. Again, great food and service there. Also try the lounge bar on ground floor for one of the best ever. Overall, the hotel is perfect and just needs to maintain the quality of service they provide.
