room over looking lake as stated in booking page more like over looking car park with glimpse of lake if I had known where the room was going to be I would have gone somewhere else the entry to the bathroom is uneven the carpet at one end of the door is flush but the other end is below the tiles causing my wife to stub her toe on the tile very painful

We thought the price we paid $250 was excessive for a hotel under renovation with very limited parking. the price from this website was around $50 cheaper than the Rydges website. we are a couple in our 60s and 70s with an accessability sticker for parking. the accessible parking was covered by work materials and we were told to park on the road as the small carpark was full. the road parking close to the hotel was filled so we were told we could park where it said no parking outside the hotel but we had to leave the keys at reception so they could move it. we booked a deluxe room which was very dated but had a lovely view of the lake. breakfast was awesome and very good value with a tremendous variety of food. the views from the restaurant were fantastic. staff were as helpful as they could be with the limited parking
