    Verified Stay

    Not Good

The lobby of this hotel looks great. But that is all. The staff was friendly but completely overworked and without help. The place is very secure and a key card is needed to access the elevators. The hallways are disgusting and the carpets look like they have never been cleaned. Our room was a small 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom smelled like urine. When I asked if we could switch rooms, the employee said they were full and gave me a bottle of air freshener. The staff was rude and not very accommodating. Our A/C unit rattled loudly for most of our stay and the secondhand smoke throughout the hotel was unbearable most of the time. It is a long term hotel, so beware that other residents may be cooking in nearby rooms. We often smelled fish up and down the halls. Overall, I would say keep looking for a better value. Also, the floor was so dirty that we wore sandals in the room at all times.
