    Lovely Place!

    The cozy comfortable rooms with a very relaxing decoration. It has minibar, coffee machine and safe without extra payment. The breakfast is great and varied. Aquarius restaurant is excellent both breakfast lunch and dinner. It can be a la carte or buffett I recommend it because it is very complete from tickets to desserts. The attention since you arrive is sensational Kimberly attended us a very beautiful person very very friendly. And in Aquiarius Gladys Gloria and all friendly helpful attentive attentive to any request. The hotel has a pool with nice view and its beach is on an island 10 minutes away in motorboats that come and go every 15 minutes. The island is divine a paradise we are delighted. There are some cabins inside the sea but they must be separated when making your reservation. They have personal attention from breakfast until the afternoon.

    Amazing Staffs Very Helpful

    This year many upgrades were added including a beautiful new vibe decor in the LG Smith Steak House, the infinity pool was renovated, and new furniture was added on the private Island. But nothing tops the amazing people at this resort hotel. I had an experience I would like to share to let everyone know how truly amazing the staff is at this hotel. One morning at breakfast I suffered symptoms of what I thought was a stoke. My wife took me to my room and called the front desk. Within minutes Esmeralda, Keanu, and a security guard came to my room. My blood pressure was taken, and immediately they got me into a wheel chair, held my hand, and got me into a cab (as an ambulance was not available) for the hospital emergency room. Luckily it was not a stroke but hyperventilation. I can not tell you how scary it is to become ill on vacation. But I can tell you how wonderful the staff was to me. I spent the entire day at the hospital, when I returned there was a message from Esmeralda to see how I was. The next day Heidi called (manager of LG Smith Steak House), she had been trying all day to reach me, and even called the hospital. Javier insisted on buying my husband and I a drink when I was better. Juanita in reservations was so kind and helped us. The front office trainee, Frederique wrote us a beautiful note and hoped I was feeling better. Berlinda was very supportive and sent fruit to our room. All the waitresses in the AM in Aquarius asked how I was. I can not say enough about how wonderful the people there were and how they went beyond their jobs to make me feel better. I thank all of you. And that is why I love Aruba. Especially the people at the Renaissance.

    Simply Paradise

    I stayed at Renaissance Aruba Resort for 5 days with my family, it's our first trip to Aruba. We all agreed that, not only would we return to this beautiful Island, but to this hotel. I usually choose Marriott hotels because of their good quality and this location definitely did not disappoint. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We also found the food at the hotel to be very good. We all liked the relaxed vibe but it was the service that made this hotel stand out. All staff, from pool to desk to housekeeping, were warm and quick to help whether offering a smile or an unsolicited ice water refill at the pool. Briahen and Melanie at the bar and pool are standouts for wonderful service. They could not have been more helpful. Lyneth in housekeeping was also wonderful. When we left to return home, it felt as if we were leaving good friends. My family agreed that it was the warmth of the people that made this trip a standout. As for the hotel itself, the downtown location is perfect. You have the benefit of a beautiful harbor view in comfortable pool chairs, the ease of walking to shopping and restaurants while also having the benefit of the use of the ocean suites pool and beach as well as the lovely and relaxing private island. We traveled to the area of the other hotels for dinner one night and all thought it was too touristy and crowded. At the Renaissance Aruba Resort you have the best of all worlds, especially with the short boat ride to the island. We are already looking forward to a return trip. Thank you so much.
