This hotel has all the modular communication you would expect for a Radisson, but it also has a great combination of Kazakhstan, Russian and European atmosphere. The staff at reception and in restaurants were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location, if not in the center, but is close to many other Astana facilities, including a great walking area along the river and many local type restaurants. Shopping is available next to the hotel as well as foreign exchange. All services provided during my stay were timely and professional including free WiFi, exceptionally fast. The breakfast is the meal of the day and the fare and choices are better than most hotels I have stayed in Fiji recently. We were on a special meal plan, and it was not fancy, but A La Carte of different types were available the main restaurant is Italian, but Asian and European meals were also available. I did enjoy spending a few hours at the Smoking Bar, with the most amazing array of cigars and liquors, just for the atmosphere. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay for two weeks and I would stay at the Radisson again if I have a chance to return to Astana.
