Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Ljubljana, Si Hotel

Stayed two nights in a single room complete with a queen size bed and modern ensuite and one night in a share twin room which was much the same except for the bed configuration. The rooms are comfortable and attractive in a neutral furnishing style. Breakfasts are extensive and include cereals, bread, pastries, cooked food, cold cuts and cheeses, fruits and yogurt, nuts, seeds, some vegetables etc. Water, juices, tea, coffee machines and percolated coffee are beverages on offer. Service was efficient. There is a bar which is a bit lackluster, an equipped gym, and a restaurant where 48 of us had a smorgasbord dinner. Getting to town requires a short taxi ride. The hotel has an arrangement with the company so the taxi is E5 one way. A large shopping center is a short walking distance away. The reception was helpful.

We were booked for two nights at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Ljubljana. The location of the hotel is good. Just a short walk across the street, there is a shopping mall named City Spark, where there is a huge supermarket and many stores. McDonald's and a cinema were just around the corner as well. Also, there is another supermarket nearby too. We were allocated on the first floor. The room was quite big, with WiFi available throughout the hotel. Toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were provided. There was no kettle or coffee and tea in the room though. The breakfast spread was quite extensive with nice food. There was bacon, sausages, scrambled egg and many others. There were bottles of orange juice provided. However, some guests were seen taking a whole bottle of orange juice to their table and filling up in their water bottles. Perhaps the staff could discourage guests from doing so. We would loved to stay in this hotel again should we visit Ljubljana.
