generally good except on the day of check out we had to wait at the lift lobby for at least 15mins to get down to the lobby due to large influx of people (tours) leaving the hotel in the morning. despite the number of lifts in operation, many times the lifts have signaled to stop on our level but at the last minute it changes so we have to keep moving around to the different lift doors and it was ...
