generally s good experience in 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of room. pool was great and tennis courts. the only negatives for me was that the room had a strange smell and the hotel food was average RSL style food.
Hi, i have stayed at kooindah waters before this time how ever it wasn't very pleasant ill start by saying for the two bedroom apartment room 302 i stayed at it was a little runned down to be honest there was paint chipping off the wall in the 2nd bedroom the walls were quite dirty the vents were really dusty aswell and to top it all off in my bedroom there was mould spots in the corners and above the sliding doors i was disgusted they knew had a 5 year old and newborn and they put me here i got over the fact the room was disgusting i wanted a nice night with my other half and our babies. the food here is well below the standard it should be was cold and slapped together they tried to over charge us aswell on the crappy food it was fixed up though thanks to the nice women. The following day checking out of the kooindah they then charged me another $190 for the room i already paid $240.55 for over a week prior my other was so angry we went back in and told the women we paid for it why are they charging us again i did get refunded im still waiting for the money to appear in my account in my opinion find somewhere else to stay this place isn't worth the trouble or the money they need to get actual cleaners that do there job and people who can cook food properly.
