Maui Coast Hotel Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the Maui Coast Hotel made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the concierge was very helpful & informative, the front desk was friendly & helpful too. The courtesy shuttle was an added benefit. This location is within walking distance to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Other options are in short driving distances. We stayed 6 nights here & I will definitely stay here again. The welcome continental breakfast & island orientation your first morning is worth going to! It really helped us pick and choose what we wanted to do. The hotel was clean. It is worthwhile to go to the orientation on the first day, because you get a lot of information about what there is to do. Did not love the resort fee to be honest, and I got my money's worth from the resort fee. We did use the pool. It is in a good area next to beaches and food, so in a good location. We could hear the people next door chatting though through the walls.

This place was great. We stayed there for a night. It was reasonably priced so we didn't expect much so we were surprised that the service was so excellent. They were always friendly, smiling and welcoming us. The rooms were very clean and I would compare them to a Holiday Inn. The pool area is great and the pool bartenders were especially pleasant. You are a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. There was a slight problem (caused by our travel agent) with the way our rooms were set up but the desk clerk fixed it right away. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel that gives deluxe service this is your place.
