was a good experience but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy the smell of trash
We were very happy with the room and amenities, however a few things that did sour it for me. One, there was no information on the hotel and services in the room at all. I went looking for a room service menu because the hotel advertises 24 hr room service and there was no menu and no number to call. The second was the Mantra car park was full, so we parked next door at Wilson's for an additional $35, which we didn't really have a problem with until we tried to access the car park the next day and couldn't get to our car. We weren't informed of anything we had to do or anywhere we had to go or of any operation hours by the Mantra staff to be able to access our car. To get to our car the next day at 10.30 in the morning, we ended up having to walk up two levels of car park through the vehicle access with all of our luggage because none of the lifts would allow us access. There were several other guests who had to do the same as us at the time as well.

was nice and central but have to pay for packing
There was a dead smell in the hallway outside the front door that we had to negotiate whenever we went to the lift. We stayed there two nights and this smell was with us during our full stay. Location is great, food from the downstairs restaurant was great and (inside) the room was great. It was just that smell!!

room was great vending machine on pool level not available after 9 none in lobby parking is poor and a heavy charge was more then the car hire also parking cost in small print on hotels combined not impressed room was not serviced in the 3 nights there i payed for 3 seperate nights for no room service is harsh pool is nice i make a thing of staying atanyras and this one has been the worst yet im still waiting for the manager to contact me has been 5 days now so shows what customers mean
our apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. Perfect for sightseeing and strolling to the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
