We discovered this place on a blog about interesting places to check-out in Berlin, and I'm glad we did. It is definitely one of the more unique hotels I've ever stayed in! The reception and check-in was great, with friendly service and good recommendations for the area. As you'd expect, the caravans are small but comfortable, and there are ample communal spaces (reading room, terrace) to make it seem larger. The WC and showers are communal but extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent as well. Quick and easy option before heading out to explore the immensity that is Berlin. It's great to see so many old caravans (which were presumably headed for the scrap yard) re purposed and given a new life. My only word of caution is that, being older caravans, they are not very soundproof. So you may hear your neighbors snoring - or whatever else they get up to.
