Great Hotel
Excellent location close to city centre. Not the prettiest building but inside it is modern, well kept and clean. When we were there, several schools had stays there but you only ever saw them in reception or the restaurant. A very quiet hotel. No bath and the shower is small but functional. Only one towel between us but additional ones provided on request. Very firm bed, room nice and warm. Staff very friendly, all speak English and eager to help. Would stay here again.

Convenient, clean, and outstanding service with a smile.
Hotel Wyspianski is in a great location. Only a 7 minute walk from the train station and less then 5 minutes from the Old Town square. The Wawel Castle, Kazmier, Schindler's Factory Museum, and the Former Jewish Ghetto are all in walking distance (for those who like to walk). Very close to tons of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff assisted with booking an Auschwitz and Salt Mines tours. The hotel bartender was very friendly and attentive. The typical European-style breakfast, included in our room cost, was great -- everything was fresh and well stocked. The rooms were not fancy, but they were clean. Fresh towels each day. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.
