I was overall very happy with this hotel. It was right off the main Insadong street up a little alley street number 7 -Insadong. Which made it kind of tucked away but right in the middle of things and close to many great places. The rooms were clean and spacious and modern. But like many Korean hotels, there was no drawers to put clothes. No dresser drawers means a very disorganized place to get dressed and ready for a family of four. This is my only complaint though. The bed for my kids was a Korean style blanket on floor. Our bed was firm but had the best foam pillows. The subway stop was Andong I think, you may want to find out the exit number when you get off the train from the hotel ahead of time. Knowing the exit number for which stairs to go out is very helpful in positioning you on the right side of the street etc.
