The hotel doesn't have a typical entrance, rather a narrow parking lot off a one way street close to the city center. There's always some assistance to help with bags. The reception is well designed with steel girders giving an authentic, industrial look. Complementary tea and coffee are available and there's comfortable seating. The rooms are of a standard design but the bathrooms are well appointed and there is a quiet air conditioner system and a TV with CNN. The rooms are accessed by one lift and there's another for the bar which looks out over the city. It has a comfortable terrace with a few tables, the rest being inside. Service is good and most of the meals are snack sized, barely warm and quite expensive. Music is lively and not too loud, generally a pleasant atmosphere. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served in a large dining room near to the reception and it was well presented. Don't wear any jewelry on city center streets, use the room safe at all times.
