Hotel location next to train station. And was close to the Kaohsiung Exhibition Centre. Nice view of city from the hotel levels. The personnel is very friendly and committed to deliver the best possible service to the guests. They are amazing staff who went out of their way to help to the best of their ability. The staff ensures that the security of the guests is not compromised. Early check-in at 12pm and got the room immediately. Process of checking in was smooth and fast, around 5 minutes. Was even given an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The room was luxurious and spacious and very comfortable. Room was clean, no issues with cleanliness. Modern and luxurious feeling hotel. Ultra quiet soundproof rooms with enough space to make yourself comfortable.
