this is my 3rd time staying in holiday villa.For this time round of my stay with holiday villa,basic satisfaction level was not met.I had done a booking for a double bed,noted that there is no guarantee on the bed type,hence on the day when i checked in,i was briefed by the customer service officer on my stay duration,how much for breakfast and where to sign.Once all paperwrk is done,i was issued the card to my room.It was on 23 level,so my girlfriend and I went up happily and we found out that the room is of a twin bed which I was so disappointed with as I was not even told or highlighted by the staff.I came bck to the counter and requested to change to another room with king/queen size bed.I was attended by a male Sikh officer wearing specs with a goatee.During my encounter with him was such a bad experience and he rejected me straight saying that all rooms with double bed were booked,which in actual fact if someone who were booking out on my date arrival,the room could be allocated to me,however this was not done and there was no service recovery as well.My stay with holiday villa this time round did not meet my basic service requirements.
