room comfortable and supplied all adequate facilities, however service speed was severely lacking when i had to check up on request response was sorry there is only one person fulfilling such duties...
We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Staff from the reception, cleaners, and door greaters made us feel welcome. Definately go back there again
We stay here for a night on the town, booked last minute, walk to great restaurants and bars. Breakfast and shopping at QVB right across the road. Lovely hotel.
The hotel was lovely staff very friendly and attentive rooms very nice everything was perfect
loved the stream room and spa
