Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center Hotel

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel, and it is by far the best Hilton and one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. I judge a hotel by two factors: staff, and the quality of my sleep. The staff in the hotel are simply great. They are always helpful and extremely courteous. From the front-desk staff to the concierge and the bellboy I cannot praise them enough for their treatment of the guests. My wife and I are sensitive to noise and are picky about the bed. I am particularly fussy about the HVAC system. Our room on the 17th floor was so comfortable that we had absolutely no trouble sleeping for the 6 nights that we spent in this Hilton hotel. The bed was great, and the HVAC worked perfect with absolutely no sound, even though the outside temperature fluctuated between 8C and 25C. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is located in an upscale business district. However, we had no trouble with taking the taxis to the old town for a minimal cost (about 30 TRL). The breakfast buffet at the Hilton is wonderful with a huge variety of foods, including Turkish breakfast. However, we were disappointed with their dinner selection. For dinner, I recommend the four restaurants adjacent to the hotel that serve a combination of Western and fusion cuisine (but no Turkish dishes). They also serve a variety of beers/wines.

Me and my 2 sisters had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for 6 nights. Some of the staff will remember us, we were 3 sisters who stayed on the 30th floor. I wanted to mention a few things. The hotel smelt absolutely beautiful everyday, we were well look after when we were at the executive suite. I want to mention a couple people who made our experience memorable. Ahmet Gokcay took very well care of us at the executive suite and was really hospitable and friendly. He was always there to help us and we really want him to be recognized for his hard work as he brings a pleasant vibe every where he is. We were very lucky to have met him. Emrullah Bozoklu was also a great man, very kind and helpful. Mursel Metin showed professionalism and politeness and took care of us too. Hakan Avci concierge gave us lots of places we can go to and have very good advice and was always there to help us. M. Burak Kurtcu was an absolute gentleman and made sure we got what we need. Special mention also to Yusuf who was the cab doorman. I had left my mobile in a taxi and it drove away. He chased after it however couldn't catch up to him. However he used his mobile to call my number and try to make calls to see if they could track it to get my mobile back. Luckily he sorted it for me as losing my mobile would of been an absolute nightmare and I was very worried at the time but he made sure I remained calm and was very reassuring so thank you so much. To every staff that we had the pleasure to meet in Hilton Bomonti, thank you for a memorable experience and a great time. The only negative things I would mention is that the service in the terrace can sometimes be quite slow and we received cold eggs for breakfast or they would miss a lot of items out however I could tell the waiters were a little bit stressed out. Apart from that excellent I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere comfortably and be look after whilst enjoying the luxury the hotel provides.
