    Great Location!

Best location possible. The most charming hotel. Beautiful lobby. There is parking. The room is very charming. Totally five stars. 2 pillows each. Very comfortable bed. coffee machine. A pampering kit in the shower and even sticks to clean the ears. A wide, beautiful shower and a strong stream of hot water. pleasure. The hotel is located a two-minute walk to the pedestrian mall, around many restaurants. We walked everywhere. Go eat at the wonderful Menza restaurant. Thank you, Harmony Hotel. See you soon!

    Awesome Location

Harmony is in a great location. A short walk to dining and shopping, and an easy walk to the old city. The room size is what one would expect in a city, but with built in shelving in closets, it was big enough. Rooms are reasonably clean. Be warned that rooms facing Yo’el Moshe Salomon St hear the sounds of the street well into the wee early morning hours. Depending on who is staffing on the front desk, the experience changes. Some staff were happy to help with whatever is asked. Others don’t seem to want to be bothered, The breakfast buffet was fair. The same items are available every day without any variation. Daily happy hour was very nice, offering wine and light fare. The big issue with this hotel is the smell. It smells really bad, the smell first hits you in the lobby, and then worsens as you go on higher floors.

    Good Location

In addition to having a great experience in Jerusalem I had a great 5 night stay at the Harmony Boutique Hotel but try to be high up from street level. Everything was high end including the beds and the bedding. There's a great outdoor space over looking the picturesque street. The breakfast buffet and happy hour were first class. The location excellent. The front desk manager Hagop Karagozian was most helpful and professional. The breakfast is also good but not as elaborate as many other Israeli hotels. The hotel offers s nice happy hour snack with soup and the staff aims to please. It has a great location and is a short walk to the old city and in the heart of the downtown shopping area.
