A small hotel but kept so clean and presentable. Every staff member we dealt with was so helpful, I wish I could remember the names but I don't! She was extremely helpful when we needed to book a few tours/activities. She is really friendly and kind. Our room was spotless and fresh. Staff at the Postcards Bistro were also very nice people. Thank you to all staff who left a signed card, chocolate dipped strawberries and a beautiful bottle of champagne to congratulate us on our marriage. This was so thoughtful and unexpected in a good way. The internet is very good throughout the hotel, including the rooms. The location was great for visiting many of San Diego's main tourist attractions. Close to Fashion Valley. Love the relaxing area surrounding the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
