Check in was v welcoming, and efficient. Our room was a good size, very clean including ensuite. We were disappointed that if you wished to visit the bar on 6th floor, you had a limited choice of either champagne or cocktails. My husband is a non-drinker and so we were advised to use the downstairs bar. It was a short downhill walk about 20 minutes to historic center, as advised at reception. We walked back at the end of the evening, but its all uphill, so some may need a taxi. Breakfast was really good, with a fabulous view of the Bay of Naples! Wow! Breakfast service was excellent. Our checkout was pleasant and swift. Hotel receptionist organised a taxi for us. Thank you to all staff.
