All the comforts you want for your holiday: efficient service, cleanliness and care of the rooms, excellent restaurants, excellent service on the beach (lovely), sometimes obscured by the lack of education of the guests but it is not the hotel's responsibility. The staff is extremely courteous. Small flaw: the smell of food all day in the lobby, but in the USA we eat every hour. Even the Gold service is more suited to Americans than to Italians for times when food is served. I hope to return to these beautiful islands anyway and I will certainly choose the Fairmont Southampton again.
