lovely hotel in a lovely location. Our stay was let down by the service. The hotel restaurant was fully booked before we arrived, this left us with no option but to go elsewhere for dinner. We had planned to eat in the hotel as it looked really nice in the online photographs. The staff where very unhelpful and admitted they should have told us in advance, but could not help by making table space for us at any point in the evening. Since the stay we been in contact with the hotel and they offered a free meal if we stay at the hotel again. Nice offer but shame this relaxing stay was ruined trying to find somewhere else to eat.
