I was given room 1406 owing to the hotel being fully occupied. the room is rite under the pulse rooftop bar.. I felt i was sleeping in a nightclub. called the reception at 2 am to complaint. lost a nights sleep,I run a hectic schedule and this don't work for me .. I have stayed here a few times and excellent always.. this should never happen in my coming stays which are every month for 2-3 nights
The room in the highest floor was not ready even though I reached the hotel at 15:30!! I accepted any available room. I have been asked to pay 500QR as deposit for the mini-fridge. I did. However, the mini-fridge was completely EMPTY!!!! why then I paid a deposit? For what? When I checked out, they asked me if I used something from the mini-Fridge!!! Or it was empty!!! The deposit is taken from credit card and I have to wait for weeks to get it back!!!
