My husband and I only stayed one night but it was a 'ONE-derful' experience! From beginning to end, our stay was excellent. The service is given with smiles. Our room had everything we'd need... hot pot, frig, blow dryer, a razor, shaving cream, shower cap, sew kit, two toothbrushes with paste, teas, bath soap, body soap and plenty of shampoo and cream rinse. I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention something. The bed was perfect! We both slept great! The curtains kept all light out. Lastly, there was never a long wait for the elevators. Everything ran smooth because of the amazing staff. The breakfast buffet I cannot rave about enough. It had everything that I could have wanted or needed. It was outstanding! Eggs are cooked how one requests. There are also pancakes (even some with characters for kids), french toast, juice/drink bar, fruit bar, salad bar, an assortment of bread/rolls, rice, fish, and some Chinese food items. Vincent, the executive chef did an amazing job keeping everything ready for the hotel guests. Our stay was unforgettable. Anytime I'm in Fukuoka, I know where I will stay. One more tip, it's only a few stops from the Fukuoka airport on the Subway. You get off at Hakata Station, exit at West 21 and when you hit the street, about face and walk down the same street a for 2-3 blocks and it will be there on the same side of the street where you exited at. An easy convenient find.
