Floor was a cheap linoleum that wasn't even installed correctly. Hot water wasn't even close to hot. A/C was either too cold or not cold at all. TV wasn't connected, no power cord and no remote. The secondary lock on the door was installed installed, so it was like having to bust in every time you entered or exited. My wife found what appeared to be black mold in the wall/ceiling joint in the bath...
