Relaxed except the fact that I had to carry my heavy luggage all the way up from level 3 and that was very inconvenient
No lifts from the basement parking. You need to climb to flight of stairs to the lift, which is a problem if you travelling with the elderly because you will need to drop them off at the entrance of the hotel, go and park your car and than come back to reception to assist them. Wifi speeds extremely slow. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious.
Good location with great views No water pressure in bathrooms No parking availability
from check in to check out.....it was awful
