The entire staff were very very helpful and friendly they couldnt do enough to help. The food was very good with a wide choice. The location is brilliant four minute walk to the Luas which takes you to the city centre. No external noise so had a great sleep.

Overall experience was ok, I was disappointed that my access card for entrance to my room was disabled while I was having breakfast forcing me to return to reception to gain access to the room... It's a small complaint but it shouldn't happen when the room has been paid for in full up to 12 noon... Room was clean, breakfast was very good, staff were polite and friendly.
