Australia Hotel Motel Cessnock
My father and I visited this hotel last Saturday. The location is excellent and we were amazed seeing its outer view. The food was very delicious and the customer service was also good. The room was spacious. It is recommended. Overall, this hotel is good. But customer service should be increased.

Nice and quiet place. Room was simple and basic. Clean,comfortable bed, excellent quality of bedding and towels. Air conditioning and television works properly. Foods is in good quality and very fresh. Very outstanding and delicious meal. Pub and swimming pool has a warm inviting atmosphere. Good service and very friendly hotel staff. Car park is gated for added security. Typical old school hotel/motel. Rooms are aging but clean and need to be painted. Rooms that was close to the main road was bit noisy with the road traffic. Bathroom are shared but plentiful, modern and clean. Little expensive for meals but because of the quality and presentation was expected.
