When we came into the hotel, we were given a room on the third floor - not a great idea for summer. It was extremely hot and it feels like you are in a sauna. There was an air conditioner, but we were asked to pay extra so that we can use it. Since the rooms are small, it is not really a good option to have the air conditioner running all the time, because of health problems. And since it was very hot, we were forced to have it on all the time. The cleaning lady comes in the morning to pick up the trash and that's it. They won't change the sheets during the entire stay. There is a small lobby at the entrance of the hotel where you can sit and use the free wi-fi (the wi-fi is not strong enough to get to the rooms). It is 200-300 m away from the beach and there are stores that are close to the hotel. On the other hand, we did not pay a huge amount of money for the stay. So, as they say, you get what you pay for. They could bring wi-fi to all the rooms, clean them more often and put a better isolation so it does not get so hot during summer.
