Bus and shuttles need to have a physical barrier to protect the drivers. Passengers have to use the protection mask. WELCOME The resort has the “Clean & Safe” certificate, that complies with the safety measures defined as secure by the Portuguese National Health Authority - DGS. All staff have received training about hygiene, health and safety measures. The resort has regular audits of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) that controls and prevents the food and beverage hygiene and security. ON THE ARRIVAL The use of protection mask is compulsory at the arrival and all the time that you are in the enclosed public areas. At the reception you will find a hand disinfection dispenser, please use it before entering the reception. When the reception is attending others guests inside, please wait outside, and follow the staff’s instructions. CHECK IN The reception staff has now a physical protection barrier and all wear protection masks. The Portuguese law obliges the presentation of personal identification from all guests at the check-in (ID or passport). If possible, only the reservation holder will enter the reception to take care of all needs concerning the check-in. The family must wait outside the reception. Pens and key cards are always disinfected after each use. To facilitate the payments of hotel services, such as restaurant, room service, bar, etc, we recommend opening credit for extra consumption. ACCOMMODATION Before your arrival, your room was cleaned and disinfected with an electrostatic handheld sprayer. After the check-out of the previous guest, the hotel will try to keep the same room empty for 24 hours. To guarantee that the hotel comply with the measures and procedures advised by DGS, all the internal procedures of the housekeeping hotel revised. The cleaning of your room will be now made each 3 days. However, the hotel are available to clean with the frequency that you.request, please inform when checking-in. If you desire clean towels or amenities without having your room cleaned, please contact the reception. The cleaning of your room will only be done when no one is there. Before you leave your room, please put the sign outside of the suite indicating that the room can be cleaned. In case that you leave only during a short period of time, please let the hotel know with some time in advance, so the hotel can try to coordinate the cleaning services. Please note that the cleaning service is from 9.00 to 17.00. While the hotel are cleaning your room, please remain outside, not entering until the hotel finish. Please note that in order to clean and disinfect properly all areas, the cleaning will now take more time. The hotel thank you for your understanding. If you need some maintenance in your accommodation that is not urgent, please call the reception to let the hotel know at what time you will leave the room. Please respect this limit RESTAURANT/BAR In the interior of the restaurant and following the Portuguese National Health Authority – DGS, the air conditioner can’t be used, but with the doors open, the restaurant has direct circulation of natural air The restaurant layout was redefined to comply with the new rules of social distance. The use of breath protection mask is compulsory all time that you are not seated at your table. Please disinfect your hands before and when leaving the restaurant Please wait for the instructions of the staff, they will indicate the table where you can sit The tables are disinfected after each use The breakfast will be now served in your room. For that, please fill out the request form that is in your suite and hang it outside your doorknob until the 19.00 of the previous day. You will be able to choose the items of you breakfast and the hour that you wish it to be delivered. In the case of not having breakfast included on your room rate but you want to add it, you will need to open credit before any request. After having breakfast, please leave the tray and all dishes at the entrance of your suite. A staff member will collect it between 10.00 to 13.00 The staff will use protection masks and their hands will always be sanitized according to the Portuguese National Health Authority - DGS The menus are now plasticized to facilitate the disinfection after each use All meals must be booked in advance, otherwise it may not be possible to eat at your desired time During this period, all menus and time tables may change KIDS CLUB The cleaning and disinfection of the equipment for the little ones are regularly done Activities will be carried outside, but in case of bad weather, the hotel advise you to book in advance as the capacity of the interior will be reduced SPA AND GYM The spa will remain closed, including the indoor pool. The gym will operate by appointment, subject to availability and with a maximum capacity of 1 person. Appointments must be made between 10.00 to 19.00 with the staff member that is at the Infinity Pool. The maximum usage time per session is 45 minutes per person. The gym's air conditioning cannot be turned on. OUTDOOR POOLS The number of sunbeds was calculated according the new rules given by the national authorities At the entrance of the pools you can find the new rules of utilization At the Infinity pool with salty water you will find someone of the staff, where you can collect beach towels, leave the used towels and also get help with the sunbeds It is not allowed “reservations of sunbeds”, The staff will release all the sunbeds that are not occupied for more than 20 minutes The sun umbrellas hold the distance required by the national authorities In outdoor showers, toilets and all area of the pools, the use of footwear is mandatory It is not allowed playful and/or collective equipment, such as mattresses and buoys, etc CHECK OUT When the reception has others guests inside, please wait outside, and follow the instructions of the staff If possible, only the reservation holder will enter the reception to check-out and settle the bill.
