Hops-obsessed Grand Rapids is home to more than 25 craft breweries, while Kalamazoo in southern Michigan is quickly emerging as another craft beer destination. Fennville, Tip of the Mitt and the Leelanau Peninsula are just three of the certified American Viticulture Areas found in Michigan.

Michigan is well-connected by major roads and highways that run across the state. Public transport is excellent in cities such as Detroit and Grand Rapids while rental cars offer the freedom to explore the Great Lake State at your own pace.
