Location is excellent as is the staff. Room size. Internet isexpensive. Must pay to use pool.

Outstanding location and service. When staying in Hong Kong this place is the best overall value for the money. Location, location, location is everything in Hong Kong.

The room is very very small and run down. The carpet is very dirty. We are forced to pay $30 to "upgrade" to a room with cleaner carpet. This hotel is way over rated. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. I would give it a 2 star max

Great location which makes up for the terrible rooms and the overcharging for everything. The rooms are tiny, the beds are small and they take every chance to upsell you. Great location but beware - rooms are very small, beds are comfortable but small and do not fall for the upgrade speech. Not worth it. Also be aware they charge for everything. The location and the okay service does not quite make up for the small rooms, small beds and gouging for things such as internet.

Extremely small rooms. But excellent location and pricing.

Small room, but excellent location. Misunderstanding with housekeeping. Even though had do not disturb sign on, still knocked.

Harbor lounge staff were excellent. Rooms were tiny and dated. The hotel was beautiful, restaurants were very nice with a mix of western and Chinese food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Harbor lounge staff were amazing they made sure we were happy. The saw to our business needs they made the stay a success. The rooms on the other hand were uncomfortably small and quite out dated. However the harbor staff was able to accommodate us with a suite on the second part of our stay.

Hotel checkin/checkout super efficient. Our room seemed & felt quite small. The floor in the corridor & lift area on our level felt uneven. Very convenient to the MTR, buses, close to Tsim Tsa Tsui waterfront, Star Ferry. Harbour City shopping mall minutes away. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

visiting family, there is no weight room or pool, or free internet service

Very good location. There is a smell of humidity in the room. Very small room, and bad smell, but other than that, it's clean and well located.

The room is small, only good for one person. The location is perfect though, which makes up for the size of the room. Another convenience for the tourists from the U.S. is that in the room they provide with the jet (outlet) for the plugs for 110 V. You don't need an adaptor for charging your camera battery, cell phone or shaver, etc.

I liked the location. I did not like the executive floor or the lounge. The lounge was a converted room not worth the upgrade. Good cost on priceline.

Great location, though small room. Misunderstanding with maid. I put the Do Not Disturb Sign, but they still knocked (twice).

Great location. Very humid even inside the room, bathroom gets too steamy. Wonderful location with easy access to MTR and short walk to Star Ferry.

Good very clean nice hotel. Good staff service. Good location. Only thing was small room. But I was out all day so it didn't matter.

Location is convenient. Verysmall room that were not very clean (carpet, etc.) The public areas/facilities were good but the rooms are very small and did not feel like a 4 star room.

The Kowloon hotel was very comfortable, the room seemed small for two person. The location was very good--it was really 5 minutes walk to the shopping malls amd the subways.

Good location and friendly staff. The room is too small.

The Kowloon Hotel Hong Kong is in a perfect position in Hong Kong just by Nathan Road and behind the Peninsula Hotel.. The view of the harbour was about 10 degrees between the Peninsula Hotel and an office building. The hard sell by the check-in staff was almost overwhealming. I would not return to this hotel on my next visit. I know there was a conference on but the price was far too high for this sort of hotel.
