Oh dear, I have visited HK many times for the past 10 years and have to say this hotel was the worse one, so dirty and out of date. Not worth for every penny we paid. disgusting!

worst hotel ever...scary rooms,attractive lobby but when u enter d rooms is wen u realize d shit..rude staff specially d english fat guy at reception,,,,guys spend sum more n get a better hotel

The only reason I stayed there was the location. Cleanliness was poor, the room smell so bad and quite small compare to the price. About the staffs some were good but I met one female staff, she didn't seem to be so happy to do her job.

Facilities fine, clean. Refrigerator, good shower, quiet. Good location - close to train. Bit small, but were sleeping 3. Had requested triple room, but only 2 singles when we went to room. They brought a fold out bed. Wasn't first choice but in Hong Kong during a big convention, so hard to find rooms. Would use again.

A medium rate hotel nestled between the cheapest boarding establishment, the infamous Chung King Mansions and one of the most expensive, the Peninsular hotel right in the heart of the golden mile shopping area of Tsim Sha Tsui. Showing its age and small but not tiny. If you go there with no grand expectations you won’t be disappointed. Staff were friendly and available but didn't go out of their way. Efficient but not obsequious one could say. Perfect tourist location for sights, MTR, buses, shopping etc...

The hotel was in renovation and when i had entered the room, there is a heavy smell of dust and the linen was not clean throughly. When i had requested for another room, i was given a room that is more worst than the original room.The lighting in the room is more worst than the light in my store room. when i told the Assistant Manager that i would like to upgrade my room, i was told that there is no more room in the hotel even i am willing to pay for the upgrade. The Assistant Manager had given me the impression that i am asking for free upgrade where i do not have any intention to get the upgrade for free... I surely would not recommend this hotel to anyone even this is the last hotel there is in Hong Kong!!

Imperial hotel is close to many popular shopping malls and attractions, such as Harbour City and Space Museum. It is also in walking distance to the ferry and the harbour, good for night walks. Staff friendly & helpful. ^^
