We travelled to Ft. Collins so I could participate in a half-marathon and we needed a room due to the early start of the race. The host hotel was much more expensive so we decided the Sleep Inn would be a reasonable room for a great price. I got a good night sleep for a great price and finished in the top 9% of the race.

Easy on and off, continental breakfast, free. Pillows, inadequate.

Was very comfortable at this hotel. It was quiet and clean beyond expectations. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Our family will certainly stay again when next in Fort Collins, Colorado

The hotel discription lists hot tub and pool at this hotel- but it doesn't have one. Imagine our surprise when checking in with three kids! YEAH!- Not only was it too late to book another hotel, the office staff was rude to us about the problem-The nerve! Do not stay here - especially if you don't like to be baited and switched! Shame on you Travel agent. Disappointed in Colorado!

The ice was on the third floor and soda machines on the second floor! One had a tour of the motel just getting the basics. The room was comfortable and I liked the bathroom which separated with toilet in one room and vanity in another. I was disappointed with room service. I am fine with not changing sheets or towels each day but nothing was done in the room - no replacement toiletries, straightening up or used towels on the floor replaced. The staff on the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Accommodating. Nothing. Very clean, let me check in early, pet friendly, overall very pleased.

Nice motel for the money. Separate sink from shower and toilet. Big shower (no tub). Small breakfast area, but they did have yogurt. * extra per night for refrigerator & microwave. Charged *for room safe that we didn't use and didn't offer to take this charge off at check out.

The Sleep Inn was okay since I wasn't looking for something inexpensive. The pillows were very thin and flat. The elevator wasn't working when we checked in and our room was on the 3rd floor. Other than those two complaints the room satisfied our needs with one bed and a small bathroom.

Nothing. Staff was unhelpful. Would never stay here again.

No pool, no hot tub, although listed in amenities. Shares parking with another hotel - we had to park behind the other hotel, 7 min. walk. Vending machines empty of water, non-caffeine drinks, snacks. Breakfast was cold cereal and bananas.

Front desk was friendly & accommodating even when confronted with mistakes. The room was filthy! The carpet was stained and the room smelled horribly. This was a budget hotel with poor housekeeping and a friendly staff. While the staff was accommodating with extra linens, directions and suggestions; it was all overshadowed by the filthy room. The carpets were irrevocably stained and a smoky smell permeated the room from the one below it.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I loved this hotel. Southwest airlines lost our baggage and this hotel was so kind to us! They provided us with toothpaste and toothbrushes and other toiletries. We had to checkout the following morning the staff allowed the airline to drop off our luggage to the office staff and we returned and picked them up. This was so helpful to our family. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very convenient to places to visit in town, good value for money. Small room and common areas. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Good location, close to local destinations. Small in space, but a great value for the money.

It had free high-speed internet access. The shower had mildew in it. The sleep inn is a great choice for the budget conscious traveler who only needs a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The room price comes with free high-speed internet and a basic breakfast.

Clean and comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. Noise level from other rooms was unacceptable. The location of this Sleep Inn was convenient, just off I-25. There was good parking just off the front entrance and the lobby provided a comfortable meeting place. The room and bath were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of food in a pleasant setting.

Room was clean with great air conditioning and large roomy shower stall not tub. Great free light breakfast. Female desk clerk with dark hair on evenings was terrible. She acted irritated to check me in, always fighting on phone with boyfriend when I walked by. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I liked the great air conditioning, roomy non-tub shower, reasonable rate, light breakfast in lobby, and the general staff. A dark-haired female desk attendant was very rude to me at check in and with general help. Every time I walked up she was one the phone arguing with boyfriend or something. I think management needs to line her out because she runs customers off. Slight odor of cigarette in hallway of non-smoking room but could have been someone just walked through. Parking was a bit tight due to no vacancy. Easy access to I-25. Char co-Broiler just down street great steaks and bar.

Location. Not enough parking. I liked it just fine. Just a nice basic room.

Very clean modern room. Not enough seating in breakfast bar. A nice, very clean comfortable small room. A forgettable breakfast with no place to sit. A good value for the room. Take the money you save and go to Denny's next door to eat.

The front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. Noisy room near ice machine, elevator, traffic noise. A nice place for a pleasant room and a light breakfast.

Great Staff. Free High Speed Internet. Super Clean. Staff ensured all my needs were met. I liked every aspect of the Hotel. It is right off the Interstate. It is clean, and new it was a very pleasant stay I plan on staying there in the future when I need a hotel in that area.
